These Talking Points describe Abusive & Coercive Parenting. Coercive & Abusive Fathers all say and do the same things, so I have created a brief list of generic Talking Points that will permit you to address many of their misdeeds in a uniformed, condensed manner.

I hope that these Talking Points will assist you in securing your performance and in gaining clarity. I also hope that this list will give you a foundation to build off of, and the capability to draw attention to where it should be; with your Abuser, The Perpetrating Father.

License for Use: Sharing, copying, reproducing, modifying, publishing, selling, or otherwise distributing the Talking Points Template, whether publicly or privately, is expressly prohibited. You may, however, copy or print instructional materials, information, and guides within the Talking Points for personal use, provided that all original formatting, copyright and trademark notices, and branding remains intact. Your limited license allows you to use the Talking Points and any associated materials for yourself only. If you have multiple team members who would need access to the Template, you must purchase an additional License for each member of your team and ensure they are aware of these Terms of Purchase. You are permitted to modify, copy, edit, print, and otherwise adapt this product for use for yourself, as long as you agree to adhere to all state and federal laws and intellectual property terms contained in these Terms. Intellectual Property: Kaitlyn Jorgensen owns and retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Template.  Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property ownership beyond the limited license described in the above section, and Kaitlyn Jorgensen reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. Permission to alter or modify the Talking Points in a way that is consistent with the Terms of Purchase does not grant you intellectual property ownership or the right to modify the Template beyond these conditions, and in no way expands the limited license provided upon purchase. Kaitlyn controls the copyright and other intellectual property rights featured in the Template, Kaitlyn Jorgensen retains all ownership of the copyright of the Template in its original form downloaded by you.

Consent to Use. By submitting reviews, images, comments, testimonials, or tags (“Submissions”) to Kaitlyn on any platform including, but not limited to social media and online reviews, you are by default granting Kaitlyn Jorgensen a commercial license and voluntarily releasing Kaitlyn to use your Submissions for any reasonable future business use. Kaitlyn Jorgensen will make every effort to maintain your anonymity.

While Kaitlyn Jorgensen uses reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure that the Template is accurate and fit for download, the Template may contain inaccuracies, typos, or other errors. Kaitlyn assumes no responsibility for such errors and omissions. All Digital Products are for informational use only. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaitlyn Jorgensen and affiliated companies, their officers, directors and employees from any and all claims, demands and suits, expenses, costs, judgements, or other charges incurred by you as a result of your choice to participate in the Strategy Session(s) or use the digital materials, as outlined by this Agreement. You will not hold Kaitlyn Jorgensen responsible for any negligent actions or adverse results, whether known or unknown, you may incur or suffer as a result of the Strategy Session(s) or materials you receive pursuant to this Agreement. 

Non-compete Agreement

Upon purchase, for a period of 24 months after your purchase of any product or service from Kaitlyn Jorgensen, you understand and agree that, without the prior written consent of Kaitlyn Jorgensen, you may not provide any services, engage in any aspect of business, and/or represent yourself as a Family Court Strategist™, Proactive Protective Mom™ or in a way that would be considered “similar” in nature to Kaitlyn Jorgensen or her business offerings. This includes offering products that are seen as similar to the Talking Points and/or Strategy Session(s) you purchased from Kaitlyn Jorgensen.
