Consent to Use. Indemnification

Non-compete Agreement

Upon purchase, for a period of 24 months after your purchase of any product or service from Kaitlyn Jorgensen, you understand and agree that, without the prior written consent of Kaitlyn Jorgensen, you may not provide any services, engage in any aspect of business, and/or represent yourself as a Family Court Strategist™, Proactive Protective Mom™ or in a way that would be considered “similar” in nature to Kaitlyn Jorgensen or her business offerings. This includes offering products that are seen as similar to the Talking Points and/or Strategy Session(s) you purchased from Kaitlyn Jorgensen.
